Refund policy

KEEKS offer returns on all items within 30 days of delivery for an online credit. The items must be unworn, unwashed and unused with a screenshot of your order confirmation via email
KEEKS has the right to reject a return if they do not meet the above conditions.

PLEASE NOTE when purchasing personalised items please READ description to see lead times on items if you order without reading unfortunately a refund will not be processed some of our items have to be ordered in we then need to make the items then send to you via post

Can I exchange my item?
KEEKS does not offer exchanges due to low stock levels. If you would like to exchange, Please repurchase with your store credit.

I Purchased an item on sale, am i able to refund the item?
Unfortunately all sale item sales are final and are not eligible for returns.

My package was lost in the post, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately once we have shipped your item out we are no longer responsible for that shipment. Please contact relevant postal company with any issues regarding lost parcels
