we always ship our packages with ample time for delivery unfortunately once the carrier has your package the delivery time frame is only a estimate and out of our control
My package was lost in the post, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately once we have shipped your item out we are no longer responsible for that shipment. Please contact relevant postal company with any issues regarding lost parcels
